📋 Terms & Conditions

As used in these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), the words "we", "us", or "our" refer to Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka Private Limited ("Hutchison"), operating the CricPulse service.

CricPulse (Cricket Live Scores & Insights) services (the "Services") are provided by Betech Pvt LTD to its customers (each, a "Customer") through our website and supported platforms.

These Terms establish legally binding conditions governing the Customer's access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our General Terms and Conditions, and any additional terms applicable to specific services.

1. General Conditions

• CricPulse is a cricket live-score and insights service operated by Betech Pvt LTD.
• By using the Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms, the General Terms, and the Privacy Policy.
• An agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon use of the Services.
• The Customer may terminate the Agreement by unsubscribing at any time.
• The Customer must be at least 17 years old to use the Services.
• Betech Pvt LTD is not responsible for content removal, service interruption, or damages beyond reasonable control.

2. Content

• The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Betech Pvt LTD may modify, add, or remove content or features at any time.
• No warranty is provided that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Customers are responsible for their own data usage and connectivity costs.
• Live cricket data is sourced from third-party providers; accuracy is subject to provider availability.

3. Fees

• You will be charged at the applicable daily rate of LKR 6 + tax.
• Applicable pricing will be clearly shown before confirmation.
• No refunds are available once payment has been processed.
• Betech Pvt LTD may offer promotional waivers or trial periods at its discretion.

4. How to Subscribe

Customers may subscribe by entering their mobile number on the Subscribe page and verifying via a one-time password (OTP). Carrier billing or other supported payment methods may apply.

5. How to Stop Subscription

• Unsubscribe via Profile → Manage / Unsubscribe or through support channels.
• Access to premium features will be revoked after the subscription period ends.
• No refunds for early termination; premium access remains valid until the end of the paid period.

6. Third-Party Terms

• Live match data is provided by third-party cricket data services (e.g., CricAPI).
• Betech Pvt LTD is not responsible for third-party data accuracy or service terms.
• Customers should review third-party policies before use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to the Customer. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
